internal competition
i am constantly trying to beat myself at something. cleaning, organizing, planning, just something. it makes my jaw hurt sometimes. looking at the blogs of others is another keeping up with the joneses for me. i wish i had the time and patience to make my blog pretty and full of pictures. i even looked at the hello thing and dl it but i did not have the patience to do it. yet. enter the internal competition i have with myself and whoever else is trying to control my brain.

This is your space you do it your way, on your terms, for you.
I have no doubt that you will learn how to make it pretty with lots of pictures. Because you like to adorn everything, and you have such good tastes that you always make it look good.
This is a new realm, be patient with yourself. You won't do it all at once. You've learned how to change the templates and how to add links, it sounds like photos are next.
yeah, but i really want to care more.....i am frustrated with myself for not spending time on it. like other things i suppose.
But you do care. Just think of all the other things you do with your time. What do you have to give up doing in order to make the time? You may find that you care more about important things like snuggles with Ethan and a good night sleep.
